Bellview house – Centennial, CO

Belleview Home, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath in Centennial, Colorado, was part of our Remodeling Partnership Project. We covered all remodeling costs and split the $100k value increase with the homeowner upon sale.

Glass house – black hawk, co

This unique home is nested in the scenic Rocky Mountains in Black Hawk, Colorado. This mansion is created fully out of glass for luxurious indoor/outdoor parties that take advantage of the warm sunshine, and gorgeous views that Colorado has to offer.

 CORNER HOUSE – DTC, CO

This was another remodel project in the USA and included: updating and replacing the pre-existing staircase with a modern floating update, along with the inclusion of more open space concepts by removing walls.

 fereshte aban residence – tehran, ir

The Fereshte Residence is our latest and most luxurious project. This 22,000 Sq Ft building boasts classic design, with custom touches from start to finish. This project features 6 residential floors with 6 units of ~2200 Sq Ft/unit along with pool, sauna, gym, lobby, club house, and rooftop garden amenities.

Classic residence – tehran, ir

The Classic Residence was one of our first Real Estate Development Projects. This 50,000 Sq Ft building features classic design, with custom touches from start to finish. This project was executed from 2009-2011, and features 5 residential floors, complete with 10 units of ~3000 Sq Ft/unit along with pool, sauna, gym, lobby, club house amenities, and rooftop garden amenities.

ammar residence – tehran, ir

The Ammar Residence is another of our luxurious projects. This 70,000Sq Ft building boasts classic design, with custom touches from start to finish. This project was created from 2015-2017, and features 7 residential floors, complete with 21 units of ~2200 Sq Ft/unit along with pool, sauna, gym, lobby, and club house amenities.
